Mini Bernedoodle Demographics

Our Mini Bernedoodles are bred to live a full life. We have carefully chosen each of our dogs to better the breed. We test each of our dogs before placing them into our program. We are pleased with every report and very fortunate to say that each are GENETICALLY CLEAR OF ALL GENETIC HEALTH DISEASES.

Bernedoodles are a  mix between the Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle. Here at Country Valley Puppies, we specialize in the F1 Mini Bernedoodles. This is a result of a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Miniature Poodle, which is considered an F1 cross -  50% Bernese | 50% Mini Poodle.  They grow up to be much healthier than their parents.

Generally, the F1 Mini Bernedoodle has a wavier, low to non-shedding coat. However, depending on the genetics, sometimes the Mini Bernedoodle will have a straighter coat. They also posses Hypoallergenic genes from the poodle so they are WONDERFUL for allergy sufferers!  We specialize in the tri-Color coat, so it looks very similar to the Bernese, but more curly and low to non-shedding!

Mini Bernedoodles mature around 18-22" tall at the shoulder and can weigh anywhere from 35-50 lbs. These make great apartment living dogs, and family pets.

The Mini Bernedoodle has the perfect combination of personality traits.   They are genuine just like the Bernese and intelligent just like the Poodle.  They are very affectionate and people oriented. They do well with children and adults. They tend to have low to medium energy levels. They are easily trained and are quick to pick up on our obedience training. Playtime is still one of their favorite times of the day, but once they have had enough they will sit back and relax right next to you. Their one job is to smother you with love and they do a pretty fine job of that!
